Our Leadership Team
Chris Ciarvella
Owner
Chris and Haley Ciarvella are a family of six who started out as a law enforcement family. Chris is a Salpointe and University of Arizona alumni who worked with the Tucson Police Department from 2014-2023 and is currently a reserve officer. During his early 20s, Chris worked with a local turf company where he learned the art of backyard design and installing turf. He then began Forever Green Synthetic Lawns as a part-time company in 2021 while working as an officer. After prayer and a little -or big- nudge from his wife, Haley, they decided to make Forever Green Synthetic Lawns their full-time business.
Haley takes care of the business work behind the scenes while she is at home with their four children- almost one year old, three year old, five year old and six year old. They are a homeschooling, business owning family! Life in the Ciarvella home is busy and chaotic, but full of love and fun!
Chris prides himself on attention to detail in his work, taking the time initially to make sure the client is happy with the design. The owners are always available to talk to directly and their mission is to treat every backyard as if it were their own.
Justin Morgan
Design and Sales Consultant
Justin is a firefighter for a local Fire District, married to Josie who works in Crisis Response for a local Fire District. They have two boys and lead a busy life with friends and family. Justin has been friends with Chris for over 15 years and their families have become more like family than friends. In fact, there is already an arranged marriage set up between two of Justin and Chris' kids!
Justin worked as an installer for about two years with Forever Green Synthetic Lawns. As life got more busy with kids and Josie rejoining the workforce with the Northwest Fire Department, he transitioned to a Design and Sales consultant position. He is knowledgeable in the field and ensures that customers love the design while having all of their questions answered.
