He was able to come out for an estimate right away where other companies wanted to put my out 2-3 weeks! Chris was professional, prompt, tidy, and the end result is beautifully done! We love our new grass! When we first started shopping, it was difficult to even get a call back for an estimate from other companies. Luckily, we found Chris and Forever Green Synthetic Lawns. Chris' price was right, and he provided great customer service. The best part is our new grass, which is much more compatible with our pool than the gravel we had before. I am so happy I found Forever Green Synthetic Lawns. My message was returned quickly and was able to set up an appointment for estimate within days. The price of the product and install was better quality and more affordable that the other estimates I received. Chris let me know upfront that our project would be several weeks before he could start it. With all factors considered we were so excited to sign a contract with Chris and anticipated completion of our project. On the day our project started we hit a snafu with miscommunication on my part, but Chris and his crew was able to make everything work. They were able to complete the whole project in one day. I have to give a HUGE shout out to Chris for what he did to our yard. We needed a soccer area and some old turf replaced. Not only did we get that we also added a putting green! We are so happy with our new backyard we cant help but to share! The kids are already enjoying it and we can't wait to host the ultimate summer party.

Chris and his crew came out the first day to remove some dirt before they could put down the proper base required for drainage. The next day they came back to install the turf. Our yard is not the easiest to work with, a quarter circle with some square/rectangular cut outs. They figured it out and finished in one day. Being a retired general contractor, I appreciate Chris's workmanship and attention to detail.

The best part is no more watering and mowing!!
