Are you paying for unused turf in installation?
We will only charge you for the turf being installed in your yard! Any unused turf piece is our cost not yours.
Are there any additional hidden fees or taxes added?
We pride ourselves on NO hidden fees. Our estimates are completely itemized, so you will see exactly where your money is going.
Are any adhesives or glue used in installation?
We do not use ANY adhesive glue because they will not hold up overtime in the Arizona sun!
Are they licensed, bonded, and insured?
We are! We are proud to be part of Registered Officer Contractors, which also gives you an additional layer of protection.
What warranties are included on product and installation?
We offer a 2 year installation warranty, and the turf has a 16 year manufacturer warranty. See contract for all details.
What infill is used
We always use an anti-microbial camofill, which blends in with your turf, will not absorb urine and help break down bacteria. This will help fight against unwanted smells from animals.
What is the weight of the turf
We offer a variety of ounces starting at 69oz, up to 108oz. The heavier the turf the better it will stand up over time. We also offer turf with a new cool backing technology which will keep your turf noticeably cooler!
